New Masking Method

  • Raul finished creating a new method for masking (see in slicer2-nightly); the mask is created during the conversion of the DWI volume, and lets you set a parameter to control how aggressive the mask is, and whether or not to remove islands within the brain (e.g., ventricles).


DTMRI Scalar Maps

  • L1[xyz] have been added to the Scalar map creation menu (now as "MaxEigenvalueProjection[xyz]"


NRRD Volumes

  • In addition to the DWI nrrd volume, there should be a separate baseline nrrd and a movement correction (FIL) nrrd. If anyone needs other separate volumes, they should let Sylvain know asap.


Tensor estimation

  • Still not settled regarding negative eigenvalues; this will be addressed at the LMI meeting
