There are three objectives:
- Inter-Subject, Diffusion-to-Diffusion, affine registration
- Inter-Subject, Diffusion-to-Diffusion, non linear registration.
- Intra-Subject, Diffusion-to-Structural affine registration.
Data
We will provide the following data for X cases:
- 1.5T Spoiled Gradient Recalled (SPGR) coronal scan
- 1.5T Dual Echo Spin Echo (T2w/PD) scan
- 1.5T Line Scan Diffusion Imaging (LSDI) scan
- 3T SPGR
- 3T T2w
- 3T Echo Planar Imaging (EPI) Diffusion scan
