Goals

There are three objectives:

• Inter-Subject, Diffusion-to-Diffusion, affine registration
• Inter-Subject, Diffusion-to-Diffusion, non linear registration.
• Intra-Subject, Diffusion-to-Structural affine registration.

Data

We will provide the following data for X cases:

• 1.5T Spoiled Gradient Recalled (SPGR) coronal scan
• 1.5T Dual Echo Spin Echo (T2w/PD) scan
• 1.5T Line Scan Diffusion Imaging (LSDI) scan
• 3T SPGR
• 3T T2w
• 3T Echo Planar Imaging (EPI) Diffusion scan
