A list of potential items to target for the Jan 2006 AHM:

  • Skull-stripping demo (Dartmouth request)
  • Programmer week project: Vid's visualization integration into VTK? (Andy C. is following up).
  • Batch processing example (Dartmouth request). Perhaps one of Andy Saykin's matlab scripts could be used as an example for this using the LONI pipeline (assuming the modules exist or can easily be added to the NAMIC Kit).


Some other items to note:

  • Test suite for slicer so that they don't have to maintain multiple versions (Shenton Schiz Group Request)
  • Randy Gollub pointed out an interesting fmri data exploration tool (sph.umich.edu/~nichols/SPMd)
  • List of Keyboard shortcuts for Slicer for Dartmouth
