• Tutorial slides for the MRI-guided prostate interventions tutorial: pdf (recommended) or ppt
• MRI-guided prostate interventions tutorial dataset - contains:
  • For non-rigid image registration: pre-operative high-quality MRI image and intra-operative MRI image
  • For manual segmentation and model making: T1 and T2 MRI images and sample label map
