• Review of NA-MIC related activities
• Discussion of some of the objectives for 2008
  • Develop a tool in slicer that will allow for snaping fiducials onto local curvature features (valleys, ridges, saddle points) .
  • Develop a vessel segmentation module in slicer which will produce both label maps and surface models
  • Develop a tool in Slicer that will do cortical thickness determination based on the output of a segmenter.
  • Develop a tool for interactive parcellation of these thickness maps, which will produce both label maps and surface models.
