Objective

Integrate processing Freesurfer, BRAINSTools, and Slicer's FiberBundleLabelSelect

Approach, Plan

1) Label based tractography modules

2) Auto run paint updates training

3) Request "dictionary" of regional include/excludes

4) Need filter bundle as input

Progress

After Discussion with Demian, we determined that the the tract querier (See WMQL project page and [ http://ww4.aievolution.com/hbm1201/index.cfm?do=abs.viewAbs&abs=6409 Poster ] ) was a better fit for the HD processing needs.
