- Project #10: Funded, this is where the original MIRIAD data comes from. Paper being prepared with lobar analysis.
- Project #11: Funded and ongoing. 3T, heavy DTI component. Will bring this up at Miami meeting to discuss with Anders & Allen re suggested protocols. This is a 5-year project that will acquire 60 subj/year. Use of BIRN can come in the form of protocol suggestions, data analysis and maybe also for data sharing.
- Project #13: Not funded
- Project #17: MCI multi-site Novartis. More on this is listed under MBIRNCollab-UCI
- Not listed in proposal: ENCOT study. Longitudinal, 1.5T, elderly depressed, 10-year project at this point. Will use MIRIAD pipeline (lobar analysis). James is starting this now as the first MIRIAD lobar paper is getting finished.
