  • David Karger and students are progressing on development of a morphometry environment within the Haystack Semantic Web system. This has included RDF representation of volumetric and subject demographic data, generation of data query functions, generation of data display functions, and linkage of these functions with existing RDF sources (Pubmed, etc.)
