Objective

Neuroimaging is a wide field of research in which image registration plays a central role. NiPype provides a uniform interface to existing neuroimaging software and facilitates interaction between these packages within a single workflow. We want to add in NiPype the possibility to execute a registration using Plastimatch, in order to take advantage of Plastimatch capability also for the neuroimage analysis executed using NiPype.

Approach, Plan

Write a Python interface to add the possibility to use Plastimatch in NiPype.

Progress

TBD.
