Objective

Neuroimaging is a wide field of research in which image registration plays a central role. NiPype provides a uniform interface to existing neuroimaging software and facilitates interaction between these packages within a single workflow. We want to add in NiPype the possibility to execute registrations using Plastimatch, in order to take advantage of Plastimatch capability also for the neuroimage analysis executed using NiPype.

Approach, Plan

Write a Python interface to add the possibility to use Plastimatch in NiPype.

Progress

TBD.
