Project Description

Objective	Approach and Plan	Progress and Next Steps
The goal of this project is to create a new semi-automated tool for SlicerCIP that allows to define bronchiectasis by means of the airway to vessel ratio. If ratio > 1, then there is bronchiectasis.	Implement a customized Slicer editor module to select the region of interest (airway + vessel) Implement a tool to compute the airway to vessel ratio Use SlicerCIP template to save results
