Onsite Needs:

  • Grier Layout to accomodate 70 people and 10-12 tables FINAL
  • powerstrips for each table (15) CONFIRMED
  • extension cords (8) CONFIRMED
  • 4 projectors:
    • Training Core has a NA-MIC projector CONFIRMED
    • Steve Pieper has a 800x600 projector CONFIRMED
    • Brad Davis can bring a projector from Kitware south CONFIRMED
    • Two projectors from MIT CONFIRMED
  • speakerphone for conference calls?
