Multi-site morphometry in Mild Cognitive Impairment

Back to NA-MIC_Collaborations

Objectives

To develop pipelines to analyze multi-site datasetse of anatomical MRI images of elderly MCI (mild cognitive impairment) subjects. Initial efforts have been in conjunction with Morphometry BIRN.

Progress

Thirty subjects have been segmented so far using the latest version of Freesurfer. The plan is to submit them to the Automated Rules method developed by UCI and UNC for comparison of the outcomes.
