Objective

  • Improve segmentation algorithms initialization for nuclei detection in 3D fluorescent microscopy:
    • get a better accuracy,
    • improve computation speed.

Approach, Plan

  • Find a measure to evaluate different algorithm results,
  • Fusion output of several algorithms.
