Agenda:

  • We have a "goal of having downloads ready for testing by November of 2006"
    • some issues with apache, curl and the nightly builds (Andy, Nicole, Katie)
      • Can we have different names for the 32 and 64 bit Linux installers? [1]
      • Tarup equivalent to automatically upload binaries to Snapshots
      • Extend the list of machines allowed to upload binaries via curl
      • Do we want a new directory hierarchy for Slicer3 downloads on the NA-MIC server? [2]
        • There should be a download page on na-mic.org main page
      • Are we still supporting Solaris? Which versions?
    • module path defaults (Jim, Bill, Steve, Andy)
    • incr tcl startup path (Steve, Andy)
      • Problem getting TCL_LIBRARY set on Windows with getbuildtest
    • list of volunteers who will test the downloads on "clean" machines
      • Ron (win), Matt Jolley (mac, linux), Sonia (linux), Randy (mac),
    • Minimal install vs. developer install (leave out .h and libs)
    • Other build/deploy issues?
