Objective
- To finalize tract hierarchy and measurement framework in Slicer
Approach, Plan
- Compile second round of beta user feedback before Project Week
- Plan what to address during project week and file bug reports as needed
Progress
- Beta user feedback incorporated
- Fixed bugs and added features regarding output of measures to excel-readable text files
- Found bugs in some measure computation
- Found/reported issues with hierarchy multiple node adding, which Alex and JC looked into
