She is an Instructor of Radiology at Harvard Medical School and a research scientist at the Surgical Planning Laboratory at Brigham and Women's Hospital, Boston, MA. Her research focuses on the development and validation of brain mapping technologies, with a focus on computer-assisted neurovascular navigation for brain aneurysm intervention and 3D exploration of white matter architecture using Diffusion MRI for neurosurgical planning.

Dr. Pujol is actively involved in the transfer of medical image analysis technology to clinicians and clinical researchers. Over the past eight years, Dr. Pujol has trained more than 2,000 clinical researchers, scientists and clinicians on advanced neuroimage analysis techniques which include 3D visualization, segmentation and multi-modal image registration, at both national venues and international conferences.

Dr. Pujol graduated with a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering and a post-graduate degree in Functional Materials and Nanophysics from the University Joseph Fourier, Grenoble, France. She holds a M.Sc. in Physics and a M.S.Eng in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from two French 'Grandes Ecoles', the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Physique de Grenoble and the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Informatique et de Mathématiques Appliquées de Grenoble, which she integrated after completing the French preparatory classes to national competitive exams at the lycee Pierre de Fermat in Toulouse, France.
