    • Gradient non-linearity of Philips scanners (JHU): no clear answers from them for getting spherical harmonics. Distortion phantom scanned at JHU. NEED: recommendation to follow up for harmonics. Jorge needs to look at data and evaluate if unwarping is needed.
  • January 20, 2005 (J. Jovicich)
  1. Pending: gradient distortion phantom scan at Philips scanner in JHU, used for diffusion studies by S. Mori. Corresponding extension of gradient unwarping (non trivial if needed proprietory information).
  2. The MGH calibration phantom is presumably in UCSD now. It should be used by any other fBIRN sites who need it and sent back to us.
