Goals:
To validate our acquisition protocols and software correction tools with quantitative analyses that is published in peer reviewed journals.

Actions:

  • T1-based morphometry
    • Evaluation of acquisition protocols, corrections and morphometry tools: reproducibility (SNR/CNR/GM/WM/CSF) and AD vs Control sensitivity (AD)
    • Unwarping manuscript (JJ)
  • T2-based morphometry
    • Gathering of preliminary lesion reproducibibility data (JM, GG)
  • Diffusion MRI- Acquisition parameter optimization
    • FA reproducibility: SNR, b-value, TE, #directions
    • Manuscript (to come, SNR, b-value)
  • Diffusion MRI- Distortion correction minimization
    • Bo + eddy current correction manuscript (in progress)
    • Philips (JHU) implementation & comparisons: no-SENSE, SENSE
