Key Investigators

  • Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center: Dana C. Peters, Felix Liu

Objective

We wish to represent the MR scar images in 3D to compare with voltage maps. This will lead to interpretation of the relationship between EP findings and scar.

Approach, Plan

Our approach includes segmentation of the scar, representation, registration with voltage maps, and quantitative evaluation.

Progress

None so far.

Delivery Mechanism

This work will be delivered to the NA-MIC Kit as a (please select the appropriate options by noting YES against them below)

  1. ITK Module
  2. Slicer Module
    1. Built-in
    2. Extension -- commandline
