Objective
Improve usability of the Annotation module in Slicer4 through bug fixing and UI re-working.
Approach, Plan
- Fix text annotation issues (font, scale, positioning)
- Fix ruler text issues (font, scale)
- Redesign property editor
- Fix moving/dropping widgets
