Objective

  1. Apply our DTI pipeline to perform longitudinal analysis of HD.

Approach, Plan

  1. Registered first four data-sets (using AtlasWerks) as a part of preliminary analysis.
    To Perform tractography on the interested fiber tracts.
    Do longitudinal analysis.
