Objective

We are developing a pipeline that takes a DWI or a DTI as an input. It then reorients the image, computes the DTI if the given image is a DWI, computes a scalar image from the DTI and registers this image with a given reference image or atlas.

Approach, Plan

The pipeline will be written as Slicer3 module which creates a Batchmake script that calls tools available in Slicer3.

Progress

All the necessary individual tools are already available in Slicer3. The new module itself will be written during the 2011 Winter project week.
