Project Description

Objective

  • The objective is to develop an effective scheme for identifying scar tissue. We will integrate the intensity distribution from LA chamber into the overall identification process.
  • We will discuss possible improvements/extensions to this work.

Approach, Plan

  • Develop the scar identification as a CLI module in Slicer
  • Test the method with CARMA data.

Progress

  • Delivered scar segmentation as a CLI module
