Project Description

Objective

  • To create a tool for validation of deformable image registration

Approach, Plan

  • We plan to introduce a scripted module that will use two landmark sets as an input and calculate separation distance between each two corresponding landmarks. The interface and computations for the module will be in Python. The module wiil be integrated with Plastimatch and SlicerRT.

Progress

  • The module is created and works. Landmarks lists are loaded ether from file or from MRML scene. Separation distance for each landmark pair is calculated and shown in a table. Statistical values are shown in separate boxes.
