- Laura Weisel shared a PowerPoint slide deck on the structure and overall goals of Harvard Catalyst
- Seanne Hanke shared upcoming Harvard Catalyst event/meeting dates
- Lucy Kolessin shared the plans for Year 2 Budget Discussions; Schedule of meetings (booked as of 3/24) between program directors, Lee, Steve & Laura (list of lists.xls)
- Sabune Winkler gave an overview of her role in the Regulatory Program
- Doug MacFadden gave an overview of his role in the Informatics Program
Follow Ups:
- Pilot Grant Awardees: the lists from the four PCIR-represented hospitals (all Pilot Grant Awardees can be viewed at: https://news.catalyst.harvard.edu/wp-content/uploads/2009/03/harvardcatalystpilotgrantsyearone.pdf)

The next meeting will feature more dialogue between programs and Harvard Catalyst Central regarding what can be done to better support you and what does your program need from other programs.
