Agenda

  1. Consultations: Imaging 125: We have used optical coherence tomography to image the macula and optic nerve of glaucoma patients. We have processed the data to represent these eye structures in 3 dimension. A collaborator has created a training-based algorithm using coupled principal component approach to correlate the imaging data with functional data from these patients. He needs to find someone to take over the project. Someone with skills and expertise in image processing algorithms would be needed. He does not need to have a background in eye imaging. Funds are available.
  2. Imaging RFA for junior investigators
  3. Vignettes about the use of of imaging in CTSA-related projects
  4. Education program
