Harvard Translational Imaging Consortium Meeting Minutes August 18, 2009

1. Administrative announcements

• Valerie will ask Catalyst Central to get access to a conference call number for the Tuesday t-con when webex is not needed.
• Valerie contacted HMS IT department to get more information on the different electronic rooms available at Countway. They would be very useful when the Consortium starts his series of hands-on workshops.

2. Update on imaging consultation requests

• Simon and Bob are helping a PI at CHB for the design of ASL studies. The PI does not have an ecommons ID yet so she was no able to access the webform. Valerie will fill her info in JIRA.
• Mark spent a lot of time uploading the data manually for the XNAT central consultation at BWH. It is essential that the time spent preparing for a consultation is collected in JIRA. One can also use the comment box to detail how the work is divided.
