This is an early draft! Everything is bound to change on this page!

We will probably announce by the end of July.

Background

Slicer3 has now reached a point where it can be used to perform meaningful research tasks. As part of the NA-MIC training core activities, we are providing a portfolio of tutorials for some of the basic functions and functionalities available in Slicer. Examples for such existing tutorials are the level 1 and 2 courses in the [training compendium]).

What are we looking for?

The primary purpose of this contest is to enrich the materials that are available to developers and end-users of 3D Slicer.

  • End-to-end workflows
  • Use of particular algorithms

Rules

  • Tutorial must be based on a snapshot or release of Slicer 3.
  • If needed, provide clear directions for downloading and installing additional modules
  • The tutorial and all of its components (data, powerpoints/pdfs, additional modules etc.) must be released under the Slicer license

Dates

  • Submission:
  • Review
  • Decisions announced
