Objective

  • Integrate the Lesion Sizing Toolkit nodule segmentation as part of CIP

Approach, Plan

  • Create CLI to integrate LST functionality
  • Create a python module that computes lesion measurements based on nodule segmentation results
    • Use ROI tools to select nodule region
