SPHARM-PDM (SPherical HARMonic - Point Distribution Model) Slicer3 Tutorial

Overview

SPHARM-PDM is a tool that computes point-based models using a parametric boundary description. The two following tutorials will allow you to perform :

  • Step by step analysis: With the ShapeAnalysisModule tutorial, you will learn how to load input volumes, run the module to generate triangulated surfaces with inherent correspondences and visualize them thanks to an intuitive quality control.
  • Step by step analysis: With the ShapeAnalysisMANCOVA_Wizard tutorial, you will learn how to use this graphic interface to load meshes, run a group test in order to get statistical result, displayed through MRML scene.
