Objective

  • Create slicer Slicer CLIs to identify liver, aortic arch and cerebellum regions in whole body FDG-18 PET/CT scans

Approach, Plan

  • Consolidate current source code
  • Wrap into Slicer CLI
  • internally brain segmentation required
  • Start with liver region
  • Add aortic arch region
  • Add cerebellum region
