Objective

We are integrating a needle detection sub-module in the proposed iGyne module in Slicer 4. The needle detection is to be used during Gynecological Cancer Brachytherapy in AMIGO and applied on MR images.

Approach, Plan

After the initial design and definition of the iGyne module, the needle detection module would be added to it. Through the week, the sub-module would be integrated with the workings of the template matching (developed by Jan Egger) and refined to further suit the purpose.
