BIRN All Hands BIRN meeting

• The BIRN All Hands Meeting will be held March 15 and 16 in Huntington Beach, CA. This meeting is open to all those scientists interested in learning more about BIRN capabilities. Shawn will attend the meeting.

Creation of our own i2b2 instance

• DCm4chee is on amazon cloud, we should also load an i2b2 instance.
• Amazon cloud is a good starting solution, as long as we don't work with patients data.
• Once we need our own place to add patients data, we can clone what is on amazon cloud and put it on the cloud at each institution.
• Partners already has a cloud. It does nor work too well with Windows because it has a small footprint memory. A solution is to use LINUX.
