DBP:AHM 2007 progress

Path of Interest Progress:

• John West trained with Dennis Jen on use of new version.
• Supplied Dennis with 3 sample Philips 3T Data Sets and went over format for reading into POI algorithm.
• Helped with implementation of POI into Slicer 3.

Fiber Tractography Training and DTI discussion:

• John West met with Sylvain Bouix to go over fibre tracking techniques and methods for analysis.
• Got Sylvain's opinion on current 1.5 T data.
• Discussed with Sylvain, Marty Shenton and others on potential collaborative papers (e.g. cingulate bundle in schizophrenics vs. controls)
• Shared some 3T Philips DTI data with Sylvain to compare with Harvard's current 3T GE data.
