DTI Meeting Minutes | July 5, 2006

Present: Doug, Marek, CF, Sylvain, Marc, Katharina, Marty, Toshiro

Announcements:

• Marek is away all next week for CINP
• Marty will be away next weekend in DC

Updates from NAMIC Project Week:

• Met with UNC and Utah at the PNL on Wednesday; will be collaborating on a couple of projects; Doug will put up meeting minutes for this
• Doug will ask Usman to put up meeting minutes for the monday meeting
• Would be helpful to have more RA presence throughout the week to help the programmers

Updates on Projects:

• Stochastic Tracking: Marc will try on cingulum bundle ROIs from Doug, on 5 SZ and 5 NC
• Anterior Commissure: Labelmaps are done, Doug will give to Sylvain for measurement
• DeLisi data: will revisit after grants are done; Doug and Kate will meet with Marek after he returns from Chicago
