Tuesday

  • noon-1pm: Meet and Greet at lunch.
  • 1-2pm: How the week will work, introducing core 2 members and their areas of expertise
  • 2-5pm: Start programming.
  • 1-5pm: Slicer Workshop for Users. (Sonia Pujol)

Wednesday

  • 8:30-10am Introduce Projects (5-10 minutes for each project or team lead). Use powerpoint template for programming week (Thanks to Gordon Kindlmann in helping prepare the template)
  • 10am-noon: Program.
    • Slicer3 Projects Kickoff Meeting
  • noon-1:30pm BWH Tensor Processing (Gordon Kindlmann)
    • The goal: documenting steps required to go from original DWI images (in whatever format) through to estimated tensors, with all coordinate frame confusions explained and illustrated.
    • Teem command-line tools for manipulating data
    • Nrrd as a file format for representing dwi and dti data
    • Deft as a dti data inspection tool
    • Viewing and manipulating dwi/dti data in Slicer
  • 1:30-5:30pm: Program.

Thursday

  • 8:30am-noon Program
  • noon-1:30pm NA-MIC Software Process (Andy Cedilnik)
    • Describe CMake buid tool
    • Present software testing using CTest and Dart
    • Introduce people to CPack
  • 1:30-5:30pm: Program.

Friday

  • 8:30-10:30am: Program
  • 10:30am-noon: Summarize results from week in the powerpoint template used on Wednesday
