Project

Port existing Mathematica code for SPHARM correspondence based on local shape measures into ITK.

Goals

  1. Create ITK filters for computing correspondence on SPHARM surfaces
  2. Extend to arbitrary triangle meshes (maybe?)

Current Status

Right now we're developing this in Mathematica, and this should be finished in early december. There also is some existing code (by Tobias Heimann) in ITK for the optimization part, that we will be making use of.

Test Data

We're currently using the Harvard caudate data.
