(Objective of the meeting) (Ron) this is part of NA-MIC outreach activities. training and dissemination event. German government funds - Majority of attendees should be from German site.

(Nassier) Do we want to have people with alternative solution? (Ron) Initial preference --- Slicer only. If we invite too many not too much time. small size is good. (consensus) public announcement and selection.

(Format) Two day course. Thursday and Friday. Poster session -- to present project using NA-MIC kit

(announcement) One page web site ---> wiki.na-mic.org application process should be clearly described

(time line) March - Web site, Call for application April - announcement in Nassir's talk April 20 - deadline for application, selection Workshop - Week of June 12 and 13

(prospective attendees/audience) Technical Should be hands on meeting approx. 5 from US, but depends on size of the meeting six to seven from TUM similar # of people from other German lab
