Attendees: Martha Shenton, Andy Saykin, Bill Lorensen, and Tina Kapur.

Agenda: Discuss strategy for the scientific report 2006 preparation.

1. We reviewed the 4 project themes, created subcategories in each one, and the refined the list of projects. The results are http://www.na-mic.org/Wiki/index.php/NA-MIC_Internal_Collaborative_Projects
2. We created a short description template for each project (each project on the page is linked to this resulting template)
3. For each project, the site listed first will be asked to furnish a description by Monday, March 27th. This email will be sent out shortly.
4. The core PIs will do a followup tcon on Friday, March 31st afternoon (2pm) to review the project descriptions, and to divide up the rest of the tasks between themselves (the theme summaries, timeline, 3 highlights, and impact).
5. The first draft of the report will be ready for Ron's review by April 7th.
