Minutes

Mouse:

  1. internal loni pipeline (talk directly with Jags) and shiva
  2. nuerotrain, drexel pipeline, ucsd pipeline
  3. registration method for each data type
  4. AIR
  5. minc tools
  6. get mouse birn programmer to look over data prov spec.

Version

  1. air - one version for all sub packages
  2. minc tools have one package version, but binary versions are different
  3. back out changes (version and commandversion), use the Lib tags instead to designate other packages that binaries depend upon or are a part of

Hostname

  1. loni pipeline: the pipeline is run on your desktop, pieces can run on the rack
  2. check with birn cc about how to get hostnames from the rack/grid

  3. how much is embedded in the pipeline? the grid engine will send it back, can't count on the executable itself

Inputs/Outputs:

  1. put out all args in arguments tag, and split if necesseary into inputs and outputs
