Rhesus ICV Extraction

Objective:

• Develop an ICV extraction program for Rhesus neuroanatomy.

Progress:

• Initial algorithm uses segmentation by registration: A manually segmented ICV region from a reference image is mapped onto the subject brain using affine registration. The current algorithm uses the FSL tool flirt todo the registration.
