- Volunteer for the national CTSA educational committee.
- Schedule of face-to-face meeting to discuss stimulus package, best day seems to be Tuesday March 3rd 8:30-9:30 am.

1. Consultation request submitted through the Catalyst website
- 2 web-based consultations requests were submitted so far.
- The requests were directly forwarded by Valerie to several members of the imaging consortium who have the appropriate expertise .
- Randy wrote a letter for one of of the consultation and suggested to turn it into a template and put it on the WIKI or xyhtos.
- Valerie will take care of archiving all the requests both on her computer as a spreadsheet and on the xythos website as a word document.
- The web-based consultation request form is ready to launch, it will be put live later this week.
2. Presentation of Imaging Consortium
- The first presentation will be at the Radiology Staff Meeting at BWH. Clare, Ron and Valerie will give the talk.
- Randy will present our group at the MGH comitee on research on March 2nd.
3. XNAT engineer applicants
- Bill interviewed a second candidate on the phone. In view of his background and expertise, the members decided to invite that candidate for an interview.
