Objective

• Fix bugs exposed by using small and large scale images

Approach, Plan

• List of related bugs:
  • Fiducials disappear with large image spacing
  • Setting the unit to microns doesn't help
  • landmark size in 3D view not consistant with 2D views
• Sample data sets
  • Small - link out of date, need new sample from Murat
  • Large - 1005x1004x296 with spacing of 3x3x3.

  • writing a pure CTK test case
