Harvard Translational Imaging Consortium Meeting Minutes November 16, 2010

1. Consultations update

  • We received 2 new requests, one about malignant glioma in mice and another about tumor cell migration across the blood brain barrier in animal model


2. Feedback from COC meeting

  • Bruce and Randy received a lot of compliments during the COC meeting. It was emphasized that we are very successful with our consultation service and our education program.


3. Feedback from National CTSA Imaging Group Steering Committee

  • Randy reported to the group the latest discussion of the National CTSA Imaging Group Steering Committee. There is sometimes a feeling that the national Imaging Working Group has not accomplished much. Annick and Clare mentioned that the CTSA Imaging groups are productive and that for a lot of the initiative (UPICT, QIBA etc), the CTSA connection was really beneficial.
