Administration

  • Community Engagement, Informatics, TT-Imaging, Health Disparities & BioStats gave an update on their program.
  • Seanne will be compiling lists of Harvard Catalyst staff, by program, and sending them to you for verification that they should, in fact, be added to Tom Ulrich’s Harvard Catalyst announcement email listserve.
  • Ingrid Pabon will follow up w/Donna Rusniak re:Community Engagement’s Sub-Program list serve. (Genoa Wall is also an excellent ListServe contact).
  • Michele Sinunu will compile each program’s goals and distribute them – so that deputies will have a better idea of what each program does.
  • A solution to the education on-site support question is actively being sought – Antman/Golan/Weisel/Hanke to follow up.

Communication

  • Seanne will talk to Jason Alvarez regarding WebEx and the best solution to the need for a tool to facilitate internal committee meetings held at multiple sites with multiple people.
  • Seanne will follow up with Ingrid about getting a column on the Deputies page on the internal site with program affiliation next to each name.
  • Informatics will be asked to look into a Master Directory of Harvard Catalyst staff for the internal website (name, email, phone, program).
  • Informatics will be asked to explore options to add an additional page under Contact Us on the public website. New page will contain some internal directory information – while protecting email addresses from spammers.

Marketing

  • Tom Ulrich is preparing a letter for you to be able to forward to investigators in your areas re:Pilot Grant Funding. Letters of Intent are due 5/13

Next Meeting

  • Name tags or table tents – with names & program affiliation
  • Deputies are asked to keep sending interesting questions/issues for the group to discuss.
  • Deputies are asked to forward on your thoughts on how we can best keep each other informed of what our programs are doing as well as the possible points of synergy. Distributing each program’s goals is a good first step – but I don’t think that covers it all.
