Harvard Translational Imaging Consortium Meeting Minutes November 17, 2009

In attendance:

1. Consultations

• New consultations were logged in the JIRA system and are taking care of by the consultants.

2. Budget Y3

• Randy needs budget justification for each site. Every member of the imaging consortium should send her a brief description of the different tasks they do for the Catalyst.Randy will also need a couple of sentences about supplies ordered.

3. Evaluation report

• The group reviewed the evaluation report sent earlier by Michele Sinunu. Valerie will make all the changes suggested and send a new (hopefully final) version to the group so it will be reviewed during next week t-con.
• The group agreed that for next year we must work on a strategic planning and prioritization. It will be crucial to show how multi-institutions are represented in each goal.

4. Education program

• The Slicer workshop scheduled for November 23 is a huge success, all seats were reserved in 48 hours. Valerie already has a waiting list of 10 investigators. She will work with Jeff and WEndy to schedule another similar training either in December or January.
