Harvard Translational Imaging Consortium Meeting Minutes December 7, 2010

1. New schedule for t-con

• Starting in 2011, the group decided to adopt a new schedule for its regular meetings, every 2nd Tuesday of the month (9-10 am), there will be a face-to-face meeting and every 4th Tuesday of the month there will be a t-con (9-10 am). Valerie will send the schedule for the first six month of 2011 via listserv.

2. Feedback from RSNA

• Everybody agreed that the RSNA meeting was very productive, all our offering had a very good attendance, the Slicer booth in the Quantitative Reading Room of the Future was also a great success.

3. Y3 internal review and Y3 NIH report (think about vignettes)

• Gordon W. received the narrative for the Y3 NIH report from genetics, he will send it to Valerie so we can add the imaging part to it.
• For Y4, there will be a new format, more specific to justify the budget. One will have to describe, by individual, the time spent doing consultations, education and administrative tasks.
